Membership application/cancelation and fee payment of Regular Members

• For membership application/cancellation, please contact the Office of the Japanese Society of Physical Fitness and Sports Medicine.
• Please provide the full name of a council member because the recommendation from a council member is necessary for your membership application. (If you do not know any council members, please indicate that in your application form.)
• Annual membership fee: 10,000 yen
• For payment of your membership fee, Please use the invoice sent from the Office of the Japanese Society of Physical Fitness and Sports Medicine.
• The fiscal year of 2022 has started on August 1, 2021. The invoice for FY2022's membership fee will be sent to you in early December.
